Roles & Responsibilities:

*Coordinating integrated marketing communications campaigns for the brand, including paid/ earned/ owned media
*Assist in in-store merchandising signage support and partnership marketing with key customers and suppliers
*Manage, coordinate and roll out the marketing calendar, in accordance with the marketing strategy
*Coordinate input from business and develop a marketing strategy to support product and brand strategies
*Prepare monthly budget reports against stipulated budget
*Prepare quarterly reports on the campaign performance
*Manage the inventory of marketing collaterals
*Liaise with agencies and suppliers/partners for marketing collateral and content
*Plan, coordinate photoshoots for brand campaigns and content
*Develop and implement relevant and effective advertising and promotional campaigns to support the brand growth strategy
*Implement and execute marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy
*Align business and buyers with marketing around the brand's direction, choices and tactics


*Results driven and leadership skills
*Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix (ATL, PR, Events & Digital)
*Highly creative with ability to think out of the box
*Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
*Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
*Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
*Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
*Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
*Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets



*A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a digital marketing or content role
*A related tertiary qualification
*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as the ability to manage social media platforms (essential)
*A strong work ethic and methodical work approach
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Business writing skills and acumen
*Strong administration and interpersonal skills
*Knowledge of: the Outdoor & Electronics industry and trends; Online market trends; Retail cycle and Google Analytics
